Account Setup
The Account Setup page helps users choose which BinaxPay account option they can open after completing onboarding. Once the required identity and address documents have been uploaded and the onboarding process is completed, users can continue to this page to see the account products available to them.
In the authentication flow
At the top of the page, users can see that onboarding is complete. This confirms that the upload and verification preparation step has been finished, and the user can now move to account setup. The page presents the available account options as separate cards, making it easy for users to understand: Which account they are eligible to open Which account is currently locked Why an option may not be available What each account type is used for Which action they can take next The page includes three main options: EU Account UK Account Multi-Currency Wallet Each card shows the account status, a short explanation, key benefits, and an action button.

Simple user instructions
EU Account
- The EU Account option is available for users whose verified passport or identity document is issued by an EU or EEA country.
- In this example, the EU Account is shown as not eligible. This means the user’s verified identity document does not currently meet the requirement for opening an EU account.
- The card explains why the option is locked, so the user understands that this account type depends on their verified document eligibility. Because the user is not eligible in this example, the Open EU Account button is disabled.
UK Account
- The UK Account option is available for users whose verified identity document is issued by the United Kingdom.
- In this example, the UK Account is shown as eligible. This means the user can continue with opening a UK account through BinaxPay.
- The UK Account card explains that the user can open a personal GBP account with UK account features where supported. It may include GBP account access, Visa card eligibility, UK payment support, transfers, and account management tools.
- The user can click the Open UK Account button to continue with the UK account setup process.
Multi-Currency Wallet
- The Multi-Currency Wallet is available for users who have completed onboarding.
- This option is designed for users who want flexible access to supported currencies from one BinaxPay wallet. It can be used for international payments, travel, balance management, and future supported currency services.
- The wallet is not limited in the same way as the EU Account or UK Account because it is designed as a flexible account option after onboarding completion.
- The user can click the Open Wallet button to continue with wallet setup.
Final Page Purpose
- The purpose of the Account Setup page is to clearly show users what they can open next after onboarding.
- Instead of sending every user into the same account flow, BinaxPay shows account options based on the user’s verified document and eligibility. This helps users understand why some options are available, why some are locked, and which product they can continue with.
- This page keeps the setup process simple, clear, and transparent by guiding each user to the correct account option based on their verification status.
