Forgot Password
The Forgot Password page helps users recover access to their BinaxPay account when they cannot remember their password.
In the authentication flow
Forgot Password sits between Sign In and your inbox: you confirm which account needs access, BinaxPay emails reset instructions, and you return to Sign In once you have a new password.

Simple user instructions
How to reset your password
- Click the Email or username field.
- Enter the email address or username connected to your BinaxPay account.
- Click the Reset Password button.
- Check your email inbox for password reset instructions.
- Open the email and follow the link to create a new password.
Want to return to login?
- Click Back to sign in to go back to the Sign In page.
Important note
After submitting the request, check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder if the email does not arrive immediately.
